I had the pleasure of talking to this guy named Kevin on the phone one day... I informed him the I was looking to purchase something.. the color was gold SUV... A few days later, I kept my word, I showed up... well.... I didn't get my gold SUV but Kevin made sure i was gonna be satisfied... the Oxford crew was amazing ... they went beyond the call of duty and I thank you for a job well done... they made me feel like family

My experience with Action Auto in Oxford, MS was wonderful.. The girl that sits in the front (can't remember her name) was excellent..from the time I walked in I was greeted with her smiling face.. I had just met her and it seemed like I had know her my whole life.. she is what customer service is all about.. she introduced me to Jolynn .. she definitely put me in the right hands.. Jolynn kept in touch with me daily and got the job done...Me credit isn't good at all and she worked with me so I could get approved!! The best car buying experience I have ever had..again.. shout out to y'all's Oxford crew!!They do a wonderful job!!!! Thanks guys!!!

Service was excellent and salesman and manger are very knowledgeable about the vehicles they have on there lot .and young lady at the desk was very professional and friendly ,got up and was at the window of her office before I got in the door good that's a plus !!!!!!!
